Network Solutions® and The National Foundation of Teaching Entrepreneurship® (NFTE) partner to promote entrepreneurism in urban youth with the NFTE®/Network Solutions Web Site Challenge.

) November 19, 2008 — Today, in celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week,
and The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) announce the launch of the NFTE/Network Solutions Web Site Challenge.
As part of its ongoing commitment to help entrepreneurs succeed online, Network Solutions has partnered with NFTE, a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide entrepreneurship education programs to young people from low-income communities, to help support future business stars through a nationwide web site design competition. This contest allows registered NFTE students and alumni to design web sites that support their business plans using Network Solutions' Web Site Starter package. The students will submit their completed Web sites for the chance to win $500 cash from Network Solutions.
Contest participants will have until January 31, 2009 to complete their web sites for the competition. A panel of judges that will include small business owners, NFTE and Network Solutions employees, will evaluate the sites based on aesthetic appeal and functionality, as well as achievement of overall business goals, based on the student's business plan. The winner of the competition will be announced after March 20, 2009.
The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, whose mission is to teach entrepreneurship to young people from low-income communities.
